Information on the protection of personal data and the use of cookies pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The treatments will be based on the principles of the European Regulation on Personal Data Protection (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with particular regard to the lawfulness, correctness and transparency of the treatments, to the use of data for specific, explicit, legitimate purposes, in a relevant way with respect to the processing, respecting the principles of data minimization, accuracy, limitation of conservation, integrity and confidentiality, accountability (Article 5 of the Regulation). 6. Methods of data processing
Personal data are processed with electronic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The processing of personal data will take place using manual, IT and telematic tools, however suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data.
